Aspire People are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in SEN schools across Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Both full-time and part-time roles are available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students with a variety of SEND needs, including ADHD, Autism, and other learning difficulties.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their full potential.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with classroom management, behaviour support, and social interaction.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND needs in an educational setting.
Ability to work confidently with students with a range of learning and behavioural challenges.
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
A driving licence is preferred, as you may be required to work across different schools in the Derbyshire area.
