What You Will Do:
- Conduct both dynamic and static vehicle testing and customer-focused evaluations.
- Engage in automotive competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage projects efficiently, including the raising and tracking of development concerns.
- Focus on ADAS (Driver Assistance Systems) and User Experience to enhance product quality.
- Collect and analyse data using a variety of tools, such as Video V-Box and Vector Loggers.
- Deliver professional engineering test results, benchmark reports, and market trend analyses.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on making decisions based on fact and data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in AD/ADAS and/or User Experience is preferable, alongside a valid UK driving licence.

Location:
The position is based in Cranfield, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week. Core working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-13:20.
