What You Will Do:

  • Lead Quality investigations for the connected car Engineering team.
  • Provide technical support for cloud-based issue analysis, utilising analytical tools to identify trends and triage concerns.
  • Enhance and utilise MS Azure OMS Queries for debugging and triaging issues.
  • Extract logs from the cloud and coordinate with suppliers to resolve concerns.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and communicate findings with teams both locally and globally.
  • Work cross-functionally with project quality, management, and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.
  • Knowledge of the electrical architecture of modern vehicle electronics and experience in fault finding.
  • Understanding of network communications and cloud systems.
  • Proficiency in ticket management tools and problem-solving techniques.
