What You Will Do:

Lead Quality investigations for the connected car Engineering team.
Provide technical support for cloud-based issue analysis, utilising analytical tools to identify trends and triage concerns.
Enhance and utilise MS Azure OMS Queries for debugging and triaging issues.
Extract logs from the cloud and coordinate with suppliers to resolve concerns.
Generate comprehensive reports and communicate findings with teams both locally and globally.
Work cross-functionally with project quality, management, and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.
Knowledge of the electrical architecture of modern vehicle electronics and experience in fault finding.
Understanding of network communications and cloud systems.
Proficiency in ticket management tools and problem-solving techniques.
