Description
The HRBP will:
- Support the Senior HRBP to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Coach line manager to drive capability and performance.
- Support on complex employee relations cases.
- Partner with leadership teams to support several different business units.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Proven working experience as HRBP within an engineering/ warehouse/ factory/ distribution/ production environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
