Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm Fri 8am - 4pm
Purpose of the Account Manager Role:
The purpose of the Account Manager role is to deliver outstanding customer service by effectively managing client accounts and project briefs within a fast-paced POS/POP and print industry. The role involves handling multiple projects at different stages-from estimating and development to manufacturing and dispatch-while ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely project execution, and upholding high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities for an Account Manager:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and first-class service.
- Manage new client briefs, ensuring they are accurately processed and presented to internal teams.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through estimating, development, manufacturing, and despatch.
- Maintain strong client relationships, keeping them updated on project progress.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
Key Requirements for an Account Manager:
- Experience in a client-facing account management role, ideally within the POS/POP or print industry.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Target-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
