We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)

Holds a degree or has relevant youth work experience
-
Has experience with personal care or is comfortable supporting these needs

Has restraint training or is open to receiving it
-
Is committed, nurturing, and enthusiastic
-
Can provide 1:1 and group support tailored to individual learning needs

Is ready to start now or secure a role for September
