?? The Role: As a Management Accountant, you will be the financial cornerstone of this school, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial processes. Your role will involve:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support our educational objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial operations without compromising on quality or educational outcomes.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure the school adheres to financial regulations and policies, preparing for internal and external audits.
?? What Were Looking For:
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or public sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders
- A passion for contributing to the educational environment and making a difference in young people's lives
?? Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive market salary in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
