The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgage transactions
  • Shared ownership deals
  • New build purchases
  • Transfers of equity

From instruction through to completion, you will provide a high standard of client care.

Requirements

To be successful in this residential conveyancing role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 18 months experience in independently managing your own conveyancing files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment
  • Exceptional team collaboration and communication abilities
