Exciting Opportunity for a Product Design Engineer in Hampshire!
I’m recruiting for an innovative electro-mechanical product manufacturer in Hampshire seeking a creative, hands-on Product Design Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at a pivotal time, working on a brand-new product currently in the R&D stage.
If you have a strong background in new product development (NPD) and are looking for a role with growth and progression opportunities, this is the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:+ Hands-on product development from concept to completion+ Detailed design using 3D CAD (SolidWorks/Inventor)+ Prototyping and testing of new products+ Creation of engineering documentation and performing calculations
Skills & Experience Required:+ Proficient in SolidWorks or Inventor (PDM experience preferred)+ Theoretical Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience+ Proven experience in product development from cradle to grave+ Knowledge of low volume production processes
