The Role:
As a Banking Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Banking Manager to ensure fast accurate data entry, payment reconciliation, and detailed reporting for charity campaigns. You’ll help process payments, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service—all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input supporter data into bespoke systems
  • Reconcile payments and produce banking reports
  • Handle card and cheque payments
  • Investigate and resolve client queries
  • Assist with raffle administration

What you will need

  • Fast, accurate data entry skills (10,000 key depressions/hour)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in Excel and data management
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
