  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and accountancy services.
  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, overseeing junior staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and participating in networking events.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with substantial experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in audit and accountancy within a practice environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
