Senior Quantity Surveyor - Mixed use residential - Kent
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is to join a national contractor to lead a live project in Kent.

Being a live project on site, it has a commercial team involved which includes a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Surveyor and currently a Commercial Manager who will step away when this appointment is made.

The project itself is a 35m mixed use scheme consisting of a 67-bed care home, 72 apartments and 50 bungalows. They have made really good progress on site and ahead of programme.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be completely capable of being the commercial lead on this project. You will be familiar with all processes and reporting and will have experience of managing a small team under you.

For this client you will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship or visas.
