My client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company as it continues to grow its business.
The main functions of the role will include
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
- Assisting in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.
- Filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records
- Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in processing payroll
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems
The hours are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) and the salary is up to 26,000
