Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive sales quotations for the Amenity and Key Account sector that are sent back in a timely manner to our customers and to fulfil other administrative tasks as and when required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Sales Estimating

Be responsible for the completion oftenders by analysing plans, bills of quantity and other project documents in order to return them with estimated costs.

Research, source and obtain the best prices and quotes from our suppliers.

Keep detailed records of all estimation documents including source quotes and the original correspondence.

Develop and maintain awareness of the company and its products and use this to help achieve sales.

Meet/exceed agreed estimate targets.

Assist in preparation of weekly sales reports to be discussed at weekly sales meeting.

Sales administration

Providing sales quotations, information, guidance and recommend products maximising sales opportunities as well as profit and margin.

Maintain the CRM database, supplying and updating information as appropriate.
