Our long established client based near York is looking for a Sales Executive to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for managing and developing long term relationships with key customers, to maximize sales and profitability in accordance with company strategy.You will possess a friendly and confident telephone manner and work to meet and exceed given targets.

Key responsibilities -

  • Meet/exceed agreed sales targets and margin targets.
  • Create account plans for individual key account customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular visits.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Understand key customer individual needs and provide solutions to improve customer service.
  • Assist the Senior Key Account Manager with the preparation of annual sales plans.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to ensure client feedback is heard and actioned accordingly.
  • Assist in the development of our brand and corporate image, via promotional activities such as industry events/trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors and industry.

Salary 30,000- 35,000 depending on experience plus incentives. Hours of work 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 to 3.30pm Friday. There are a whole host of company benefits withthis client.
