Mortgage Sales Manager £50,000 + bonus Hybrid - Surrey  Are you an experienced Mortgage Team leader or Mortgage Sales Manager that enjoys being more hands on with developing client relationships? Do you feel you have an influence with the day to day running of your team, or are you feeling restricted? One of the UK's leading Mortgage Brokerages are looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to oversee a growing team of Mortgage & Protection advisors while also being accountable for building & maintaining strong client relationships across introducers.  General responsibilities:
  • Overall weekly sales management responsibility  weekly documented 1-1s, team meetings, sales management meetings.
  • Weekly 1-1 check-ins with the advisers
  • Manage and develop advisers individually to meet their minimum business expectations
  • Training and development of new advisers with regular coaching & training.
  • Recruitment of new team members
  • Working closely with the Sales Development Manager to ensure that new trainees are supported and their progress is recorded
  • Working closely with the Protection Support Manager on all areas of Protection to ensure maximum conversion
  • Provide accurate and timely MI reporting to the Introducers.
  • Build relationships with key individuals within the Introducers to ensure mutual accountability for success overall across the business.
