- Overall weekly sales management responsibility weekly documented 1-1s, team meetings, sales management meetings.
- Weekly 1-1 check-ins with the advisers
- Manage and develop advisers individually to meet their minimum business expectations
- Training and development of new advisers with regular coaching & training.
- Recruitment of new team members
- Working closely with the Sales Development Manager to ensure that new trainees are supported and their progress is recorded
- Working closely with the Protection Support Manager on all areas of Protection to ensure maximum conversion
- Provide accurate and timely MI reporting to the Introducers.
