Account Manager / Production Controller for the Print and Point-of-Sale industry

Hours:

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 17:00pm

The Role:

  • Support their clients sales and production team.
  • Process client orders to their key clients.
  • Working with clients and colleagues to the agreed specification.
  • Raise job bags with the correct information and ensuring they’re up to date.
  • Liaising with production to ensure work is progressing in a timely manner.
  • Using all aspects of the clients Management Information System to assist in the efficient performance in their business.
  • Place orders with the clients’ suppliers and working with them to ensure they meet their clients’ expectations.
  • The preparation of labels, delivery notes, load up sheets and delivery details to achieve the agreed delivery date.
  • The preparation of invoices to ensure that their have a purchase order and cover all appropriate costs and any extras.

Requirements:

  • A full understanding of print and production processes
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Able ability to manage a busy schedule
  • Able to liaise with client and production teams
  • Able to ensure that their projects are delivered on time
  • Have a good overview of work in hand
