I am working with a manufacturing business going through an exciting period of growth, expanding their sales department.Responsibilities:As a Sales Administrator, you will:
- Process orders and manage client expectations in terms of timescales
- Liaise with customers via phone and email regarding updates or any queries that arise
- Track and log all customer information accurately onto the internal CRM
- Work closely with internal departments for up-to-date information for client communications
Requirements:As a Sales Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in a Sales Support, Administrative or Customer Service (or similar) roles that require high attention to detail and order management skills
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- Thrive in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels
Benefits:As a Sales Administrator, you will get:
- A salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 24 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
