Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities:•    Coordinate Ex Works shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.•    Ensure complete and compliant shipment documentation for USA-UK containers.•    Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.•    Apply strong understanding of Incoterms in daily logistics.•    Manage stock levels across UK and Irish warehouses.•    Track and manage goods movement, ensuring accurate stock counts.•    Monitor inventory to cover customer orders.•    Run monthly consumption reports and analyse inventory trends.•    Proactively address stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.•    Liaise with customers on stock availability, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules.•    Address customer inquiries on inventory, backorders, or delays.Qualifications & Skills:•    Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.•    Familiarity with Ex Works shipments and USA-UK shipping.•    Strong knowledge of Incoterms.•    Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•    Comfortable with financial tasks like generating quotations and processing purchase orders.
