Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00, Fri 08:30-16:30

As part of our growth plan, we are seeking a Supply Chain Planner/Buyer to manage procurement, production planning, and stock control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately order products based on sales and forecasting data.
  • Ensure 100% availability for seasonal/promotional activities.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Handle invoice queries, supplier credit claims, and procurement administration.
  • Reschedule purchase orders based on demand fluctuations.
  • Manage safety stock, MOQ volumes, and supplier compliance.
  • Oversee production scheduling, ensuring alignment with customer orders.
  • Communicate supply chain plans and forecasts with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and support business metrics.
  • General administrative duties, including shipment bookings and quality control updates.

Person Specification & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (Excel proficiency).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with capacity forecasting and planning.
  • Monitor and reduce unavailability and wastage.
