Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join this great company on hybrid basis. You will be the key liaison, offering timely, accurate, and manufacturing-focused financial insights. Your role will include managing inventory, budgeting, costing, and operational reporting, as well as supporting cost reduction initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This position also involves occasional international travel and the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where you'll collaborate with various stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

what we're looking for.

Were seeking a qualified accountant (ideally CIMA) or someone with demonstrable relevant experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively. Youll also possess excellent communication and internal consultancy skills, enabling you to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders and influence key business decisions. A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Skills Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Experience in an international organization is an advantage.
