Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist with monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
  • Perform cost analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and controls.
  • Work closely with senior management to support business initiatives.

What's needed?:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant experience in management accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
