Our client a leading transport services company is currently seeking a Transport Customer Service Administrator to join this fast paced and growing business. The operational role ideally is looking for someone with Customer Service/ administration experience looking for their next challenge and to join this friendly and dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with Customers daily, Great listening skills
  • Scheduling routine maintenance and liaising with clients
  • Assisting with vehicle procurement, licensing, registrations
  • Preparing driver documentation and working with the drivers
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager

Ideally you will come from a customer services role, and have experience using Excel and Microsoft Office. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator and team player -
