You will be required to be on call 1 night per week (leaving 1 hour early) and will include one weekend in 7 (on the phone.)
Hours: 830am - 530pm - Widnes offices
Salary will be £29,250 per year plus bonus
Our client a leading transport services company is currently seeking a Transport Customer Service Administrator to join this fast paced and growing business. The operational role ideally is looking for someone with Customer Service/ administration experience looking for their next challenge and to join this friendly and dedicated team.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with Customers daily, Great listening skills
- Scheduling routine maintenance and liaising with clients
- Assisting with vehicle procurement, licensing, registrations
- Preparing driver documentation and working with the drivers
- Providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager
Ideally you will come from a customer services role, and have experience using Excel and Microsoft Office. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator and team player -
