The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator?

  • Receiving jobs from customers via email/phone
  • Ensuring engineers provide timely updates on attendance and relaying this information to customers or helpdesks.
  • Inputting and recording job sheets, costing jobs, and closing them off.
  • Managing invoicing every two weeks, including compiling job sheets and invoices, passing details to the relevant person, and filing paperwork.
  • Acting as the Key Account Controller and primary liaison for two significant client accounts.
  • Handling customer and supplier queries related to sales/purchase invoices and job statuses.
  • Ensuring customers provide necessary purchase order approvals before commencing work.
  • Following up with customers via email/phone for purchase order confirmations.
  • Maintaining the recommendations folder, updating job statuses, and ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock level controls for maintenance contracts at various sites.
