My client, a market-leader within their field of utility solutions, are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their busy operation. They are based in Widnes, Cheshire and are recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis!

Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a portfolio of customers to drive and increase revenue. They will utilise a number of different functions to achieve this goal, talking directly to customers and finding out their requirements for products. They will provide the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of repeat business.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, managing enquiries and order requests and processing accurately
  • Provide accurate quotations, ensuring maximum profitability for the business and implementing follow ups
  • Develop bespoke product offers for customers, again ensuring maximum profitability but providing good value to the customer
  • Accurately update the CRM system to reflect changes to customer information
  • Develop and deliver bespoke presentations to customers, both in-person and virtually

Specification:

  • A proven track record within sales, ideally B2B, is essential
  • Previous experience within a similar, customer facing sales role is desirable
  • An extrovert; someone who isn’t afraid to ask direct questions to really understand the customer’s needs
  • A confident and professional telephone manner is essential
