About the Role:

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a child with additional needs in a primary school. In this role, you'll work closely with the classroom teacher, ensuring the pupil can actively participate in learning activities and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer 1:1 support to a child with specific learning needs, adjusting lessons and tasks to their individual abilities.
  • Assist with daily classroom activities, ensuring the child remains engaged and supported.
  • Provide behaviour management and emotional support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
