Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and creative Teaching Assistants with EYFS experience for schools across Halton and Liverpool, with immediate start dates available.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing resources and activities for whole class, small group, and 1:1 support
  • Providing feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements under the guidance of the teacher
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to plan and organize appropriate activities
  • Liaising with other professionals such as teachers, TA's, and specialist support staff
  • Working closely with other LSAs and support staff
  • Supporting individual pupils' development and confidence, monitoring their progress
  • Assisting in the development of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programs

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children
  • Comfort and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
  • Ability to build rapport with young learners
  • Creative, proactive, and flexible in your approach
  • Experience with SEN or knowledge of learning difficulties
  • TA qualification
