? Job Details:- Position: L2 and above Teaching Assistant - Location: In and around Widnes - Type: Full-Time - Day to day, short term, long term and permanent roles available �? About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with the teacher to assist the children on a 1:1 basis or in groups. Some may have challenging behaviours, so your role will involve providing essential support, encouragement, and guidance to children of all abilities to thrive academically and emotionally.�? Key Responsibilities:

- Support the class Teacher to help facilitate the childrens learning and development- Setting the classroom ready for lessons- Listening to children read, reading to them or telling them stories- Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks- Helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records- Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children
