What is expected

  • Ensure quality standards are met to maintain customer satisfaction and minimise waste or rework.
  • Provide transparency to management on production goals, challenges, and successes.
  • Ensure all team members understand safe and efficient practices to reduce risks and errors.
  • Offer feedback to encourage improvement, reward performance, and identify training needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance.
  • Proactively address bottlenecks or defects to maintain consistent production flow.
  • Support employee development and morale by providing structured and regular feedback sessions.
  • Prevent delays by ensuring the availability of all necessary resources for scheduled production

You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team.

  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and strong IT skills.
