Due to increasing workload, LRL are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (Water Treatment) who is utilities biased.

As the he Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to play a vital role in managing all commercial aspects of their utilities sector, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will oversee financial performance reporting and support the management team to ensure commercial awareness throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Produce weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations
* Liaise with both operations/management and clients, managing variations and scope changes
* Liaise with design, operations & others to monitor and manage commercial performance
* Attend monthly operational meetings to review performance & address underperformance
* Prepare client valuations and manage client relationships/disputes
* Oversee client debt management, fostering strong client relationships
* Prepare final accounts for both clients and subcontractor
