Description
As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management decisions.
- Ensure all financial operations comply with legal regulations and standards.
- Perform regular financial analysis and provide insightful reports.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Manage the company's tax planning and compliance.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance financial performance.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategic plans.
- Participate in the annual audit process.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Part qualified (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
