Customer Service Advisor Ashton-in-Makerfield - Permanent £25,500 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Manufacturing client, they are seeking an experience Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly but busy team in Ashton. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and your duties will include:
- Taking calls from customers and logging on to customer-based database
- Sending jobs out to engineers
- Answering calls and queries from customers
- Ordering parts for engineers
- Chasing SLA jobs and parts for engineers
- Logging damage claims and customer complaints process
- Logging breakdowns taken from email
- Updating portal spreadsheets
- Accepting calls on companies maintenance log webpage
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00am - 3:00pm)
The right individual will have previous Customer Service experience, confident telephone skills and will come across professional.
