Whether you are looking for day-to-day assignments, short-term cover, or long-term placements, we have options to suit your needs.
Responsibilities:
- To provide in-class support for either the whole class, identified individual students or small groups of students (e.g. 4-5 students).
- Under the direction of a class teacher, SENCO, to develop and lead small group work.
- To assist in delivering and producing teaching and learning materials for students, including differentiating the materials.
- To provide regular feedback to the class teacher and to the SENDCo or the relevant line manager.
- To support the teacher with setting up the class including the daily activities, ensuring that continuous provision is available, display boards, managing pupil journals and work books etc.

Essential requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (L2/3 TA etc.)
- High knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Classroom experience.
- Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
