Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all equipment, supporting the continuity of manufacturing operations and ensuring the safety of production personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant, equipment, and utilities across the site.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Complete routine PPM work and document tasks accurately.
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Utilize CMMS (SAP) for maintenance activities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S methodology).
- Promote and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support during production breakdowns.
- Keep up to date with plant processes and technical advancements.
- Assist shift supervision teams with guidance and technical expertise.
- Act as an Authorised Person (AP) for emergency situations, including high voltage incidents.

Requirements:
- Experience in a maintenance environment.
- Apprentice trained or equivalent in an Electrical engineering discipline.
- Competency in both electrical and mechanical tasks.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematic instructions.
- Working knowledge of PLCs such as Allen Bradley and Siemens.
- Ideally you will have a High Voltage qualification.
