CareerMakers Recruitment is seeking an Extruder Line Operative for a client in Wigan, WN5 AREA.
The role involves running two polymer extruder lines for water filtration media and requires manual handling of up to 25kg.
Candidates must have experience in running an extruder production line and performing quality checks, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The position offers a pay rate of £13 per hour and requires relevant experience in the field.
Working hours vary depending on training and include no bank holidays or weekends, with overtime opportunities available.

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Extruder Line Operative on behalf of our client based in Wigan, WN5 AREA.

Responsibilities:

To run two polymer extruder lines which manufacture media for use in the effective filtration of water.
Manual handling, max 25kg lifting weight.
Maintain the housekeeping of the facility

Skills:

Experienced in running an extruder production line.
Ability to work alone or within a team.
Experience in carrying out production line quality checks
Have own transport.

Working hours (before trained):7:20am - 4pm

Working hours (after trained):6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

Finer details:

Christmas shut down
Holidays, 1 extra day per year for 5 years.
No bank holidays or weekends
Overtime available

Payrate:£13ph
