The role will hold a high degree of autonomy and ownership, with the main objective to help the business improve performance, through an effective combination of business partnering and analytical skills.
This role will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA/CIMA nearly or newly qualified individual who can thrive within a business partnering position.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting in providing insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, driving performance and improvement opportunities
- Business partnering across multiple divisions including Finance, Commercial and Operations to drive revenue and profitability
- Analyse, cleanse and interpret data and present accordingly
- Production and development of the P&L, including key metrics and commentary
- Provide the necessary challenge to ensure the robustness of any reports created
- Collating and providing insights and stats
- Presenting ideas on continuous improvements and efficiencies across the group
- Ad hoc project work as the business continues to expand
