The role in a nutshell:Spearheading a change in the culture across the business, you shall lead finance in stitching together with all departments whilst reshaping the way in which finance operate. Supported by a financial controller, the role will enable and drive change, executing a change in the way finance operate, developing efficiencies along the way.As a key member of the SMT you shall work alongside the directors and leaders in the business to execute and drive strategy short and longer term.
