You’ll oversee financial operations, systems, and controls, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making and help shape the company’s growth.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and performance
Manage VAT, management accounts, and financial ledgers
Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Implement financial controls and reporting to optimise performance
Support the restructuring of financial operations across the group
Strengthen and maintain system controls to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
Engage with external auditors and advisors

About YouThe ideal Head of Finance will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with SME experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong leadership skills.
