  • Oversee financial audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and performance
  • Manage VAT, management accounts, and financial ledgers
  • Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Implement financial controls and reporting to optimise performance
  • Support the restructuring of financial operations across the group
  • Strengthen and maintain system controls to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
  • Engage with external auditors and advisors
About YouThe ideal Head of Finance will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with SME experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong leadership skills.
