Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis- Conduct in-dept analysis of clients financial client’s financial situations, includng their income, expenses, assets, liabilties and fiancial goals.This analysis may invloce using financial planning software and tools to create detailed financial plans.
  • Report Preparatin- Prepare comprehensive financil planning reports, including investments analysis, retirement planning, risk management, tax planning and estate planning. These reports shoud be tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client
  • Client communication-Communicate with clients gather neceesary financial informatin, clarify their financial goals and objesctives, and explain the details of their financial plans
  • Regulatory Compliance-Stay informed about relevant regulations and complaicne requiremets in the financial services industry, ensuring all financial plans and recommendations adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Resaerch and Due Diligence:Conduct research on various financial reports , investment options and stategies to support the developemt of sound financial plans.This may invlove evaluating investment opportunities, analysing market trends and assessing the performance of different assest classes.
  • Recommendation Support-Assist financial planners in developing suitable investmet recommendations and strategies based on cleints risk tolerance, time horizon and financial objectives.This may include assest allocation modelling, investment seection and portfolio construction.
  • Report Preparation-Undertake complex report writing
  • Client Communication-Often serve as a point of contact for clients and may participate in cleint meetings alongside financial planners.
  • Resaerch and Due Diligence-Conduct analysis and research on more complex financial products,, investment options and strategies to support the development of sound plans
  • Training and Mentorship-Provide guidance and support to paraplanners or other team member, sharing knowledge and best practice related to financial planning processes,software tools and industry trends

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work with accuray and attention to detail
  • Fully qualified Paraplanner
  • Knowldege of iO,Excel and other research,analysis and data management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A team player
  • Good communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to coach,manage and mentor a team and ensure accurate work with tight deadlines
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector
  • Be able to roll out new processes to the team
