Position:Nurture Teacher (1:1 Support)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nurture Teacher to provide 1:1 support forpupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individualised Instruction:Provide tailored support to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
- Personalised Learning Plans:Develop and implement personalized learning plans, incorporating effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Behavioural Support:Implement positive behaviour strategies to foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Progress Monitoring:Regularly assess and track the academic and social progress of each student.
- Communication:Maintain open and effective communication channels with parents, colleagues, and external support services.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialized experience or training in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
