Join our team as a Nurture Teacher and Make a Difference

Do you have the passion and expertise to make an impact on the lives of children with SEND and SEMH?

We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced Nuture Teachers to become a key player in our team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and flourish both academically, personally and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aninnovativeand 'out of the box' approach to delivering bespoke lessons to students with a range of SEND and complex needs.
  • Foster aninclusiveenvironment where individuals feel safe, valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, staff and external professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans.
  • Monitor progression on weekly basis. Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback to students and their families.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods, strategies and resources to inspire and motivate.
  • Work holistically in aiding the social and emotional development of students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SEND conditions and effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of students with SEND.
