Sales Administrator Permanent Wigan - upto £25,000k per annum (DOE)

Forrest Recruitment are working with a fast-growing company who are a specialist in their field. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team of 5 in their open plan office.

Duties include:

  • Assisting the sales team with preparing and organising sales presentations, proposals and contracts for clients
  • Responding to clients inquiries via the telephone, email and live chat
  • Tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring the clients data is accurate and up to date
  • Scheduling client meetings, site visits and follow up appointments
  • Maintaining documents such as proposals, permits and agreements
  • Processing and tracking customer applications
  • Inputting and managing customer data in the CRM software
  • Supporting post-sales with customer follow ups, generating invoices and warranty claims
  • Assisting with sales forecast and pipeline reports
  • Dealing with customer issues and queries

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am 4:00pm

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administration/customer service background, who has good telephone skills and be able to work under pressure.
