- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assessing training needs and monitoring training programmes.
- Supporting business needs through organizational development.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Conducting annual salary surveys.
