We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation in West Lancashire, who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position, paying £50,000 - £60,000 depending on candidate experience.

With new contracts recently won, this is an exciting period for the organisation so the ideal candidate will be ready to partner with the leadership team who are driving forward growth and a new culture.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Partnering with site leadership to guide, support, and coach managers on a wide range of people management issues
  • Overseeing employee relations cases, ensuring they are managed effectively and in compliance with company policies
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives such as creating an employee forum
  • Supporting the leadership team to develop new policies and reviewing existing ones to align with company culture
  • Supporting, mentoring and guiding the business on all aspects of people development
  • Helping with the creation of training and induction plans to upskill the staff to drive business growth

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Strong previous experience leading generalist HR operations
  • Experience of partnering with leadership and senior members of staff
