- Conduct annual gas safety checks (CP12s) and service domestic gas appliances in social housing properties.
- Diagnose and efficiently repair gas appliances.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of completed work and gas safety documentation.
- Participate in a fair and well-compensated standby rota system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Domestic Gas ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
- Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience working within the social housing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- OTE: Up to £50,000 per annum (Basic salary plus bonus payments for completed CP12s and services: £12 per job per day after 8 completed jobs - 12-14 scheduled per day).
- Standby Rota: 3 days out of every 21.
- Standby Payments: £15 per weekday, £30 per day (Saturday & Sunday).
- Job Payments (while on standby): £18 per completed job, £9 per no access.
- Company Van, Fuel Card, Analyser, PPE, Uniform, PDA, and all necessary tools provided.
