We are looking for a Toolmaker to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company.
The Package
The basic salary for the Toolmaker role is £ 16.50 to £18.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
You'll also receive other benefits which include the following:
- 39 Hours per week
- Mon to Thurs 7.30am to 4.00pm
- Fri 7.30am to 3.00pm
- Overtime paid at Time and Half
- Company Pension Scheme after 3 months
The Role:
We are ideally looking for an exceptional Toolmaker with many years of experience of working in a Precision Engineering environment who has proven experience of using Manual Lathes, Milling and Grinding machines and has excellent bench skills
As the Toolmaker will be responsible for:
- The development and the assembly of Injection and Blow Mould Tools by studying engineering assembly drawings and Computer Models
- Applying knowledge of materials, machining and assembly methods
The Candidate:
All Candidates must be Time Served and have served a recognized apprenticeship in a precision engineering environment, ideally in the Blow or Injection die and mould industry but not essential
