The Company

Our client is a global leading manufacturer and installation business who pride themselves in manufacturing high end quality temporary and permanent space solutions.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Operational Supervision function ensuring the efficient and quality driven processes are developed & maintained to best-in-class standards.

As a Production Manager, your duties will be:

" Achieve clearly defined operational targets and objectives in line with the business and operational plans.
" Review along with the Operations Director the operational KPI's via the introduction and control of effective management tracking systems and to follow-up through regular reviews.
" Manage the Production Supervisors to achieve the required levels of output, efficiency, quality and service.
" To ensure appropriate corrective and preventative action data is incorporated into the management review process to assist in the setting of continuous improvement objectives and priorities.
" Ensure that effective communications to other parts of the company are maintained and that all management information is presented in a timely and efficient way.
" Ensure that the highest standards of Quality performance are maintained throughout the facility.
" To comply with local legislation and Company policy such that the highest possible standards of health, safety and cleanliness are maintained.
" To undertake any other duties as and when necessary, in order to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy the customers' needs.

An ideal Production Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

" Previous experience within a similar role
" Must have previous experience managing a team of workers
" Project reporting including definition and collation of KPIs
" Highly IT literate including Excel and PowerPoint.
