Milk Education is seeking an experienced HLTA for a full-time position at a primary school in Wigan (WN1).
The role involves covering lessons for Year 3 to Year 6 (KS2) during teacher absences, requiring knowledge of the KS2 curriculum in a UK mainstream setting.
Candidates must have previous KS2 teaching or HLTA experience, HLTA Status, QTS Status, or a Level 6 Degree, along with strong behavior management skills.
The position is full-time, from 08:30 am to 15:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.

KS2 HLTA

Milk Education are looking for an experienced a HLTA to work full-time at a primary school in Wigan (WN1). The HLTA role will consist of covering lessons across Year 3 to Year 6 (KS2) when the teachers are out doing PPA or need management release time.

In this HLTA role you will be required to cover a range of subjects within Year 3 to Year 6 (KS2) so knowledge and experience covering the KS2 curriculum within a UK mainstream primary school setting is essential.

The HLTA role is to start as soon as possible and will be full time 08:30am until 15:30pm, Mon to Fri. This is a long-term role and could go permanent for the ideal applicant

Applicants will need to possess:

Previous KS2 Teaching or HLTA experience
HLTA Status, QTS Status or Level 6 Degree
The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
Strong behaviour management skills
