Are you a Purchasing Manager from a Manufacturing background looking for full autonomy to take the reins and steer a £25 million procurement budget for a Manufacturing industry leader offering a 4-day week?

An exciting opportunity to be a Key decision maker working directly underneath the Managing Director and oversee critical operations within an industry leader in Holiday-Homes Manufacturing.

As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant procurement budget while overseeing supply chain management, purchasing, and stock control processes. This is a key role within the management team, contributing to company-wide strategies and decisions.

The Role:

* Manage procurement activities with an annual budget of £25 million and stock values between £3-4 million.
* Lead and develop a team focused on buying, purchasing, and stock control.
* Drive cost savings and efficiency's through strategic supplier contract negotiations and improvements.
* Play an active role in new product development initiatives from a supply management perspective.

The Person:

* Substantial experience in Purchasing within Manufacturing
* Strong Management and project management skills, with a solid understanding of MRP & ERP systems.
* Skilled in negotiating and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
