Primary Teacher

Are you a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher seeking an inspiring teaching opportunity? Tradewind are excited to recruit for a Year 5 Teacher position at a reputable Wigan school.

Position: Year 5 Teacher

School: Well-established Wigan School

Start Date: March - October 2025

Working Hours: 8.15 am - 3.30 pm, 5 days a week

Pay Rates: £120-£200 per day (dependent on experience)

Role Requirements:

We are looking for a talented Year 5 Teacher with a strong background in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a love for learning.

Excellent behaviour management skills are essential, ensuring a respectful and focused classroom environment.

Your dedication to pupil development and academic progress will be paramount in preparing them for future success.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS
  • Experience of working within Upper KS2 with a proven track record
  • Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
